Cut chicken or pork into slices and fry with garlic cloves, soy sauce and sesame oil. When it’s over, take it out and put it on the side.
In a boiling pot of boiling water, cook the Chinese noodles and cook them for 5 minutes.
In a large pan, put the meat you have fried, half-cut garlic cloves, soy sauce, worcestershire, ginger, Chinese spices and chilli powder. Drink for about 5 minutes. Adjust tastes to yourself. If you are too sour, add some sugar or more soy if you like sweetie.
Divide the resin into four pans. Then put the meat, spinach, half egg and spoon of corn.
Lay the chicken on the foundation and place it in bowls.
Decorate on finely ground algae and sesame seeds.
